Greetings!

We understand your worries especially now we’re in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic.

According to your situation, I would advice you to contact your nearest health facilities to ask them regarding your situation. However it would be highly suggested that you and your family to do home quarantine first to avoid further spreading of the virus. Watch out any symptoms that is suggestive of coronavirus infection such as:

  • Fever (more than 37.5 degrees celcius)
  • Fatigue
  • Cough
  • Aches and pains
  • Sore throat
  • Headaches
  • Shortness of breath

If any of your family experienced those symptoms, I would suggest you to go to the nearest hospital or clinic to get further assessment.

In the meantime, I would suggest you to follow these guideline from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

I would also like to take this opportunity to remind you to stay put at home and keep the physical distancing. With everyone’s cooperation, I hope we can conquer this outbreak before it gets any worse. Thank you.
