Anxiety disorder and not enough of breath precede with faint feeling

Hi Dr , I am always feeling not enough of breath. I have tried breathing through my belly but I feel so tight in my chest and unable to breathe . I feel so difficult to breathe, breathless , when I lie down .

I have been under medications for around 1 year but I’m more concerned about the side effects and I have stopped consuming my medications and also follow up too .

Please advise me regarding anxiety disorder , not enough of breath.

Is it advisable for me to request for psychotheraphy and stop the medications and fix for follow ups as well.

Please reply me tq Dr …
