Body feeling hot, slight cough, chest pain (pimples and muscle pain like at chesta

Hi doctors, I’m 27byear old male experience coughingm and sore throat at first. Early February and no fever.then as it goes, I still cough but not as bad. Just one day maybe now I yesterday 25th I have chest pain that’s feel like pimples. Open up few pimples is there.

Now I experience mild pain at my chest and abit hot mayb low grade fever.

Am I experience Covid19?

I’m a sales worker and went out for sales. No sure who positive also.

Didn’t have travel history to affected areas.
