Chest Pain For A Week Now but my Heart is healty

Hello, I have experiencing chest pain for a week now. I have consulted a cardio specialist before and he said my heart is healthy. (By Ecg, echo test) . I also have been diagnosed a very minimal gerd. So what is other possible cause of chest pain ? The chest pain sometimes comes and go. But there is also a muscle strained pain on my chest. I also experiencing minor shortness of breath for a week now but maybe due to my gerd.
