Cough and feeling lethargic

Hi sir, I have been feeling lethargic on and off for past few days.
Here’s summary of what happened in past one week.
I was down with flu & cough on Mar 16. Recovered slightly few days later. But now on and off I feel bit feverish and lethargic. Bit of cough. Temperature 37.2°.
Went to Vietnam on Jan 22 -27. Has been self-quarantine since March 16. I don’t believe I came into any contact with infected Covid-19 people. My wife also having a bit of flu & cough as well. Please advise. Thanks.
