Cough and stomachache

I am 23 and I currently have cold. Yesternight, I did some leg exercises like leg raising, planking, sit-ups and spot jogging because I’m 2 days late for my period. When i woke up, i felt my pain in my stomach and because i have cold, when i cough, it kinda worsens. I am confused whether it’s because of the cough or just an effect of the exercise I did.
