Cough with flame at night

Hi, I am 24 years old. My symptoms are:

  1. Coughing at midnight (for 30-60 minutes) with flame. No or little cough during day time.
  2. Few sneezing during day time, with no snivel.
  3. measured & no temperature/fever. No headache or other symptoms.
Question: am I having hay fever? As I had some cough at night before (last year) and was diagnosed hay fever. Note: I was tested negative on COVID-19.

Thanks,
O.
