Difficulty in breathing of 8months duration.dull pain under my lungs

I am a man of 25years old.Noticed sudden difficulty in breathing 8months ago,no cough or drenching night sweat.It feels like I can’t expire air fully after inspiration.After meals,this worsens and relieves after digestion.There is a slight wheezing on lying down but intermittent.Dull pain under my two lungs that gets relieved by sleep and aggravated by exercise/activity.No leg swelling,No palpitation,blood pressure however is raised upto 140/90.No paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea,no orthopnea.There are better days and there are worse days.
