GERD or acid reflux. I already go to the local clinic for a checkup and the doctor said i might’ve a wound in the stomach

Is it normal for an acid reflux patient to have a headache ? I have been burning pain in the chest for approximately 2 months and lately, I had difilculty fo swallow and a headache. At night i also been heating up internally, but when scan for temperature it never been up to 37 degree. Is it normal ?
