Head hurts when touched

Hello doctor. I’m frequently got migraine like 2 - 3 times a month. Normally during and after migraine, my head is in pain if touched or in contact with anything even taking a shower give me pain, tie my hair also give me pain and wearing a scarf also. But, this time around, that pain comes without migraine anymore. Like, it doesn’t need migraine to trigger it. Few times already. The pain feels like someone is constantly tugging all of my hair at once, it feels from within. And if can describe in details, the pain feels like, for example I have bruise on my skin, and I put pressure on that bruise. That’s the similarity of the pain that I feel on my head. It is just on top of my head especially that part that is in line with eyes position towards the centre on top of the head, not all around head. Can I know if this is becoming serious? And why this happen?
