I have runny nose on and off since 2 days ago and my chest feeling tight. Also have been feeling warm on hand and joint pain

Hi, i’m 35yo that feel my chest a little tight since 2 days ago with runny nose and feeling joint ache and i feel hand is warmer than usual.

i have go to nearby clinic to check and so far no fever no sore throat.

i have been to Laos last week (6th MAR) and are flying off to other country on monday (16th MAR) Should i undergo the test for covid or any advice ?
