I suspecting myself to have anxiety disorder. I’ve been having shortness of breath, sudden extreme fatigue, bad sleep quality, and headache for quite sometimes. Also my question does sudden fatigue will cause anything to my body?

I am a male 26, I was so confused about my situation that i constantly feeling fatigue and have a poor quality of sleep without consuming any caffeine products. I had few episodes of panic attacks that I mistook as heart attack few weeks back. Also will this sudden cause of fatigue cause me any harm? Who should i consult?
