Incomplete bowel evacuation that leads to manual evacuation
I am in my 20s and have been experiencing incomplete bowel evacuation ever since I was in my teenage years. I feel the need to pass stool every single day, and when I do, it is incomplete and my bowel won’t push it unless I manually evacuate it using my finger. I have been doing this almost every single time I pass stool for almost 5 years now because I’m too embarrassed to consult a specialist. Just now, for the first time ever, there’s painless rectal bleeding, which I assume is bright red in color because it turned my toilet bowl water pink. I’m beginning to worry as there’s suddenly rectal bleeding. I am very confused to what sort of thing I’m facing, I’ve referred to medical websites and I’m not sure if I’m experiencing hemorrhoids, constipation, IBS, non-reflex bowel or what. Please help me.
