• Fatigue
• Cough
• Aches and pains
• Sorethroat
• Headaches
• Shortness of breath

For your information, relative to elderly, female/male at the age 30 may have stronger immune system. Therefore, he/she is less likely to have serious illness and have mild symptoms.

If you do not have any symptom, the government hospital will not prioritize you on the screening test due to limited resources. As you work with public most of the time. you can practice the guidelines from the Centre of Disease Control (CDC):

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Stay home when you are sick.
• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
