I am a woman, 31 years old. I’m not having menstrual for the past 1.5 years. My BMI is normal. I did the pelvic scan, and the results are:

*The general practitioner here (Canberra, Australia) didn’t prescribe any medication for me. Do I need to take any pill (like hormone pill) to make my period regular?
