Hi, thank you for contacting us.

We understand your concern that you never have your menstruation. There are various causes why someone do not attend her menarche or first menstruation. For example:

  • Imperforate hymen
  • Abnormal anatomical structure of the uterus
  • Polycystic ovary syndrome
  • Constitutional delay of menstruation
  • Chromosomal causes
  • Hormonal causes: Hypogonadotrophic cause (no production of leutenizing hormone (LH)), or hyptohalamic cause (no production of gonadotrophic releasing hormone (GnRH)) where these two hormone play a role in menstruation

Get through that time of the month comfortably without leak.

Still worried about your menstrual cycle? Speak to a gynaecologist today to ease your mind.

However, we need more information on why you are experiencing such situation and we recommend you to see a specialist so that the cause can be found and you can be treated accordingly.

If you have any doubt’s you can reach us at (DoctorOnCall) for online private consultation. Thank you.
