Primary amenorrhea since birth
Hi fellow Drs. I’m 30 years old and married 1 year and never had my period since birth. I was told by doctor to wait till the menstruation come on its own when I was 22. But till now I still have not yet menstruate. I have a tall stature of 174cm and weight 70kgs.

- Polycystic ovary syndrome

- Hormonal causes: Hypogonadotrophic cause (no production of leutenizing hormone (LH)), or hyptohalamic cause (no production of gonadotrophic releasing hormone (GnRH)) where these two hormone play a role in menstruation
