Missed period more than one year already

Hi, I’m 27 years unmarried girl. I was 80Kg and 150Cm height. Since 7 years ago, my period was very not normal. At first, it was once per 3 month, then it become once per 6 months. adter a year go through that problem, I’ve gone for medical consult, then the doctors said its because of my obesity problem and ask me to loss weight. They also prescribed me some hormone pills. However, about three times consult in 2 years, nothing change, and also the pills makes me gain more weight so I stop meeting the doctors and also stop taking the pills. as per today (23/4/21), It’s been two years I didn’t get my period. Because last period I get I think on June or July 2019. What actually happen to me? I also very very curious about my future chance of pregnancy.
