Oligomenorrhea (not having menstrual for the past ~1.5 years)

I am a woman, 31 years old. I’m not having menstrual for the past 1.5 years. My BMI is normal. I did the pelvic scan, and the results are:

  1. Endometrial cysts in the junctional zone, adenomyosis.
  2. Polycystic ovary syndrome in both ovaries

Blood test results:

  1. Total testosterone (siemens) : 1.7 nmol/L
  2. Sex Hormone Binding Globulin : 36 nmol/L
  3. DHEAS : 7 umol/L
  4. Calculated Free Testosterone : 2.8 pmol/L

*The general practitioner here (Canberra, Australia) didn’t prescribe any medication for me. Do I need to take any pill (like hormone pill) to make my period regular?

*Is t possible to get a medical prescription from DoctorOnCall to get the medication from the pharmacy here?

I appreciate any help you can provide.
