Hi dr. i wanna ask what should i do if i get panic attack like suddenly get chest pain and shaking when i see a clown.

There are several ways that you can try whenever you facing panic attack:
Control your breathing, take a deep breath gently and slowly
Close your eyes, you might want to close your eyes to avoid any frightening moment and help you focusing more on yourself.
Remind yourself of what actually happened and you currently having a panic attack. Tell yourself that this is just the attack and you are okay.
Focus on an object, look for any object closed to you and try to focus on it. Focusing on an object can help you overcome the fearness that you are facing.
