Sakit kepala dan masalah perut

I always feel tired when do something. When im tired i cant eat or drink… i will take some rest until i feel relax, then i can take the food and drink…is it normal? Im woman & 35 years old. Lately, i also feen dizziness after i take my food. Please give me a helpfull advice. If i go to the doctor, they only give me paracetamol.
