I am a 26 male diagnosed to have panic disorder a month ago and I wanna ask if having symptoms on and off like shortness of breath, chest pain, tingling sensation on face, and a bit of light headed. I have no palpitations and heart rate was fine. I wanna know if it’s normal and also does this considered as a panic attack?
