Symptom : Tried, Chest Pain, Muscle pain & shortness breath

Hi i am 27 years old female. this two day i have problem with feel tired, chest pain, muscle pain & shortness breath. i have measure temperature this week maintain 35-36
(i just back from outstation, this week i busy with visit outlet - need a lot of energy to arrange stock and move heavy object)

I have travel from KL to Tawau from 6th to 8th March for outstation propose. There is about 350 Tawau members of the Muslim missionary involve in 29th to 5th march gathering.
I have no idea is it same flight with them?
do i need to self quarantine?
