Hi, im 25 years old, and trying to conceive since 2 years. Im planning to consult the gynecologist. Becoz of mco, i have postponed it and worry about fees too. Any supplement suggestion which I can take to conceive such as folic acid? Which brand is good? Last time a doctor said my uterus was small and weak. He gave me folic acid then checked back he said normal already. Even i carry heavy things, i felt slight pain and heavyness at my abdominal. What can I do?

For your information, there are many causes why a woman is unable to conceive (infertile) and infertility could be due to both man and woman’s factors. Infertility in woman is divided into primary and secondary infertility. In case of a woman is unable to conceive, both partners should be investigated so that the cause can be find and this can lead to treatment.
Folic acid is a synthetic form of folate (a type of vitamin B) and this commonly prescribed in women who are planning to conceive and folic acid can prevent neural tube defect during organ formation of the fetus inside the womb. It is fine to take any brand but you should consult with your doctor as well so that the doctor could educate you and your husband pregnancy planning.
