Watering eyes, swollen, itchy and redness

My mum in early 70s is having watering eyes recently. It was first happened about 2 week ago. First, the watering eyes was come along with swollen, redness and itchy. Now swollen has gone but others still remains and the most obvious is watering eyes. She is taken the hypertension and high cholesterol tablets regularly. Any recommendation for her symptoms.
