Coughing blood - lung cancer stage 4 (65 year old men) - no other diseases

Hi,
My dad was diagnosed with lung cancer stage 4 in Nov of 2019. year end of 2020 was hospitalised in due to haemoptysis after receiving medical treatment and discharged on 7 of Jan 2021 with little light brown colour stain left. After taking ciprofloxacin on 14 of Jan 2021, in the next morning (15/1) he started coughing up blood clot (constantly taking Traxenamic Acid), sometimes turned red colour blood or brown colour blood then back to blood clot goes and comes. Currently receiving chemotherapy, first treatment was on 20 of Jan. Next appointment with is 8th of Feb. where should I go to receive medical help? Thank You.

Info of coughing blood:

  1. 23/1 turned white sputum
  2. 24/1 coughing up brown colour blood
  3. 25/1 fresh blood around 5pm - 10pm in average 12 times per hour (1 time roughly 1 tablespoon)
  4. 26/1 & 27/1 blood clot
  5. 28/1 1.30 am-2.30am red blood 7 times
