Cystic Acne - Isotretinoin + Praventac

Hi, I have Cystic Acne since I was 18.
I’m 26 now. 2 years ago, I’ve tried taking isotretinoin and it worked miraculously.
However, due to financial contraints because I was still studying, I had to stop it abruptly, thus the acnes are back.
I know that long term use of isotretinoin is not good as my skin will no longer be able to produce any oil. [correct me if I’m wrong]
I’ve also been introduced to Praventac (https://www.praventac.com/) however, I was told that the results are quite slow.
I have two plans and I need your opinion on these:

  1. Take isotretinoin for 2 months as it gives the quickest results, then take Praventac to maintain it.
  2. Take both isotretinoin and Praventac at the same time, but stop isotretinoin after 2 months.

Please enlighten me if there are some points that I have missed.
