Dizzy for few days without any other symptoms

I am 33 years old female, I am suffer for below:

  1. dizzy for about one week, the feeling like floating for whole day after wake up in the morning, no issue in sleeping.

  2. Eyesight of the corner of my left eye feel little bit shaking, but looks normal when i concentrate turn my vision to that corner.

  3. Just done full body check up inclusive of cancel marker in November 2019, everything is normal.

Appreciate to provide advice regarding my condition and what is the recommend specialist to refer if there is the need?
