Thank you for your question. Based on your sister symptoms of fever and flu, she is encouraged to answer the quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate her health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, she will be classified into several categories. According to WHO, the common symptoms of COVID-19 infection are:
- Fever (more than 37.5 degrees celcius)
- Fatigue
- Cough
- Aches and pains
- Sorethroat
- Headaches
- Shortness of breath
Besides COVID-19 infection, her symptoms can be caused by other health problems such as:
- Other bacterial or viral infection
- Dengue fever
- Malaria
- Sinusitis
- Pneumonia
Government hospital will prioritise anyone that has closed contact with positive COVID-19 patients. Travelled to COVID-19 endemic area as well as manifest typical symptoms of COVID-19.
