Hard to breath whenever after meal or when feeling anxious or worrying
I am a 30 years old male, I have not been out of Malaysia ever, I also have been at home ever since 18th march 2020 when the government started movement control order, until today I went out for grocery shopping at metro plaza, kajang.
I have been experiencing difficulty breathing around 3-4 days prior to today after having a domino pizza, on that day I felt a little dizzy and fainting and so decided to call 991, but when the line got through I felt better so I didn’t need an ambulance.
Today I felt the same after I had my lunch, about 30 minutes - 1 hour after my meal, I feel like my lungs is touching my front ribs, my heart rate went higher and breathing got difficult, I then feel like almost fainting.
I needed a screening but I could not afford RM700 for it, I would also go to the hospital but I also do not wish to either infect others if I’m infected, or get infected if I’m not.
What should I do?
