Head is jumping like heart


Hi I’m 21 years old female
13/4 I felt my hands and the back of my neck are hot but the hot is not that serious so I just ignored it
18/4 The hot was become serious especially when I was sleeping . When i lied on the bed ,the back of my head become hot .When I covered with blanket ,my upper body is hot. However,my forehead temperature was still normal. After i started eating panadol for 2days ,the condition become better, i dont feel hot anymore. However, i start feeling my head is jumping like a heart until now and make me uncomfortable to sleep .What disease is it?
