In regards to the Covid-19 symptoms and possible dangers of being asymptomatic

Just wondering if I should get tested for Covid-19…

Greetings!

Thank you for your question. As you are asymptomatic with no close contact or history of traveling to high risk countries, it is not mandatory for your to undergo a COVID-19 test. However, it is you are free to do the test in private hospitals. We also provide home testing services, accessible through this link: COVID-19 Screening At Home. For your information, the common symptoms of COVID-19 infection are:

  • Fever (more than 37.5 degrees celcius)
  • Fatigue
  • Cough
  • Aches and pains
  • Sorethroat
  • Headaches
  • Shortness of breath

These may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.
