Nose sensitive and lost of taste

Hi, my problem is each morning i wake up, i will have lots of fluid from my nose. I need to sneeze out every morning. I have make sure my room is clean as possible but i am still having this almost everyday.

I have consulted a doctor before and i had these medication:
ZYRTEC CETIRIZINE 10MG [A] QTY (10)
THYMOL GARGLE BOTTLE [A] QTY (1)
PAPASE TABLET [A] QTY (12)
ZINNAT 250MG CEFUROXIME TABLET [A] QTY (10)

However till today, i still can’t taste anything at all.
