Occasional Shortness of Breath

I’m a woman at the age of 28 years old. I have been experiencing shortness of breath on and off since MCO and each time seem more severe as it takes longer time for my breathing to become normal. My residential area is not affected by Covid-19 and I did not come in contact with any Covid-19 patients. I suspect it is due to acid reflux that I had been experiencing during MCO (I experienced acid reflux whenever I lie/ sit down after 2-3 hours post eating though I have no history of having acid reflux prior to this). In addition, I have poor digestion problem and gastric too. Besides that, (on a different occasion) I experience shortness of breath from eating almonds lately (ate for a few days). I don’t have any food allergy before this but after stopping it for a week, I don’t have breathing problem but acid reflux issue still persist.

Please advice me on this. Thank you very much!
