Period late 1 day, does that mean I’m pregnant?

I am a woman in late 20s. I just visited a doctor for my cough and flu. She asked about my period cycle, this month suppose to be 22nd. But haven’t have period. Last month was 22nd. I did take morning after pill early this month, within 72 hours. Will that affect my period? The doctor mention that she can give me meds that is for pregnancy and non pregnancy. But she proceed with the safe for pregnancy.
