For you information, breast size are determine by genetics, weight, exercise, breastfeeding and pregnancy. Genetics play the biggest role in the breast size. Breast develops between the age 8 and 13. They will be fully developed at the age 17 or 18. In some cases it can continue to grow into a person’s early twenties. But it all depends on genetics. So it is normal for your breast to stop growing at the age of 19.
