Shortness of breath., dry throat, itchy at lung, no cough

I am a 63 year old. Traveled weekly by bus between Kuala Lumpur and Kluang. There were cases where passengers were sneezing and coughing in the bus. No known contact with positive covid19 patient.

I have experienced dryness in throat, slight fever, slight itchy at lung, no cough but shortness of breath. Is this synptom of covid19? Do i neee to go for screening? If so, how to make appointment and where. Thanks!
