Swollen left lymph node and uncomfortable throat feeling
Since Monday I have slight one sided sorethroat and my left lymph node is swollen. I have no fever (less than 37.5C), no cough, no difficulty in breathing, have dry throat feeling but I have occasional chill. Not been to oversea, no contact with known covid+ve. When I went out, I wore mask, sanitized hand , practised social distancing, showered when reached home. Should I be worried kancheong & go take a test for covid? Please advise.
