Delayed menstruation, Pain after orgasm, Lump felt in my vagina

I’m a 20 years old female. I’ve been masturbating for the past few years but I’ve never encountered any problems with it. However, recently masturbation has been disrupting my normal menstrual cycle. My normal period cycle is 28-30 days, but recently it’s been 30-40 days. Today it’s been 54 days since my LMP which was on 13/3/2020. Also, when I fingered myself last night i discovered a round lump near my anterior fornix, but the lump felt was not within the vagina. It felt like it was somewhere towards my bladder but I’m not sure about that. The lump isn’t painful when touched. When I orgasm, I felt pain radiating from my uterus area, my lower back and down to my thighs.

Thank you for your questions.

First and foremost, we truly understand your concerns regarding your symptoms and other health problems you might be facing. From your complaints, we believe that your condition may have multifactorial causes such as:

  • Pregnancy
  • Aging (Period cycle may change accordingly when you start to age as the hormone production will be lesser)
  • Weight changes dan your diet may also changes the hormone production leading to late period.
  • endometriosis
  • Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, a condition where hormone production is affected.
  • Side effects of certain medications you are taking such as Postinor etc.
  • Any sort of physical stress and emotional stress will also affect your brain function to stimulate hormone production.

Medications cannot be given easily as they have side effects and the cause of your late period has not been confirmed. In order for us to provide you with an accurate choice of treatment and management, we need additional details to explore further into your current complaints. Therefore, we greatly suggest that you refer this to your nearest medical doctor. You may also click on this link (DoctorOnCall) to speak with our doctors online. We assure you that our conversations are kept in confidentiality unless additional consultation needed with other medical parties. Thank you.
