Discomfort in nostril with a yellowish patch

In my nose, the upper soft tissue of right nostril can be seen swollen and “attached” with a yellowish pus-like patch, causing mild dripping and sensitive sneezes. Feeling uncomfortable with even slight movement on the nose. May I know whether it’s an inflammation? It slowly got worse from the beginning since a week ago. Thank you.
