Gastric in pregnancy

im 45 y/o now in 7th pregnant.I was detected gastric during in 1st trimester ( with a worst morning sickness). I was detected by a doctor from private clinic. I consume the liquid medicine giving by the clinic. And it was good feeling after a few month. Now my pregnancy’s entering to 3rd trimester. ( 27weeks). Today was a 3rd day im having a gastric. Sometimes feel to vomit also.
my question is can i take the Gaviscon Double action to relief the pain or i have to see the doctor as well.
