  • Hello and thank you for your question. Like you are most likely already aware, erectile dysfunction is when the male has difficulty in sustaining an erection during intercourse, as in your case, remember that erectile dysfunction is quite a common problem that is faced by a lot of men across the globe, and also has many causes.

  • Cialis is a drug that contains the active ingredient Tadalafil, which is primarily a vasodilator, which means that this drug works by improving blood circulation in the body, as an effect, also improves blood circulation in the male penis. This improvement in blood flow to the penis is what allows the user to be able to sustain an erection for a longer period of time (the effects normally last for about 36 hours, but still requires sexual stimulation for the erection to take place).

  • Cialis is a prescription medicine, which means that you must first be seen by a doctor, and be given a prescription in order to be able to make a purchase of Cialis. It is not available for purchase without a prescription. As a warning, do not take Cialis if you have a heart condition and you are taking heart medication, consult your doctor for more clarification. Also, do not take more than one dose of Cialis per day (24 hours).

  • To avoid abuse or reselling, doctors do not normally prescribe a medication for that length of time (10 months). you will get an appropriate prescription for your erectile dysfunction problem, and after that you must get a new prescription in order to renew your medication once your medication has properly finished.
