Loss of smell, stuffy nose during night, no runny nose, headache

I was down with flu and cough 3 days ago. I took panadol and loratadine. I am getting better except for stuffy nose during the night. I got teribble headache also yesterday. I took panadol to lessen it. Today I noticed,i cannot smell the food. Even the frangrance soap is not going thru my receptors. Otherwise, I can taste sweet and salty food. Curry leaves gives no hint of smell as well… No fever at all. Should I go for Covid test?
