Nasal congestion without mucus

Since around 3 days ago, I started feeling hard to breathe. I dont know if it’s shortness of breath or what. My nose feel stuffy but there are no mucus. I tried inhaling through each nostrils separately and it was definitely hard to inhale like something was blocking my airway. This happens especially when I’m sitting and lying down which makes it difficult for me to sleep now. Is there anything I can do to overcome this?
