Hello and good evening. Thank you for you question.

Based on your situation that you have described above, it is likely that you are likely suffering from certain factors that are related with your age, nutrition, lifestyle or an underlying condition. These are the factors or conditions that are somehow related:

  • Food allergies that has been going on recently
  • Vitamin deficiencies, especially vitamin C, B-12, or other nutritional deficiencies such as zinc, iron, and folate.
  • Bacterial or viral infection that has not completely gone.
  • Repeated allergies towards bacterial infection.
  • Emotional stress or lack of sleep

However, the conditioned above are easily to be treated that only requires mild attention. Other diseases listed below are conditions that might be serious and somehow requires early attention such as:

  • Inflammatory bowel diseases
  • Diabetes
  • Celiac disease (gluten intolerance)
  • Behcet’s disease
  • HIV/AIDS
  • Immunosuppressive diseases.

You can easily get ear, nose & throat problems, but don’t let it get to you.

Although, it is less likely that you are currently facing these kind of conditions due to the fact that you are specifically complaining about your recurrent mouth ulcer. We suggest you to meet your nearest doctor if you are currently having other symptoms that might be related to the conditions mentioned above, or if your mouth ulcers persist despite all measures that have been taken.
