Severe itchiness and rash under arm

Hello doctor. I am 28 years old. Recently I have tried new body scrub and I have developed intense itchiness under arm especially at night. The skin developed rashes (In more detail: some parts of it becomes dry and flaky and the skin blackens) I also noticed that the underarm skin have a few pustules and black spots all over a huge area. I have stopped using all the soap, scrub and lotion altogether and change to using aqueous cream as soap and lotion for a few days now. But the itchiness has not resolved, and the expanded black spots under my arm cause me to be quite worried. Please advise. Thank you
