Red dots on top of left foot, what is it?

I’m a female, 35 years old. Last 2 days I noticed bright red dots with slight pointiness on top of my left foot. I’m a bit concerned if I need to do anything about it. Today when I looked at it, the dots are lighter now, gradually fading.
