Short breathing, cough, uncomfortable chest

I am a woman aged 23 years old with hyperthyroid and untreated sinus, I had trouble breathing with few symptoms similar to heart attack few weeks ago (end of Feb) which there were few moments i felt like i was about to pass out (left arm ache, cold feet, headache, numb head, light fever for a day/2). Went to the doctor thrice, heart was normal, ecg normal, blood normal, just low heart rate (66 per min). Said to be hyperventilation as the attack was few hours after i had a jog. The third visit, the doctor checked the inner of my nose and it was swelling hence the lack of oxygen. Said that it was probably infected. Prescribed with antibiotic, mucus, flu and paracetomol meds. Fyi, my stomach is easily fills with gas. Asked the doctor if its GERD but she denied since i didnt feel hurt in my stomach but sometimes i feel smtg in the middle of my chest and few times hard to swallow (i was given magnesium too). But after the med, I recovered for a few days and had a proper breathing but not fully. Yet, few days after, i had bad flu once again and it didnt stop until today which already been more than a week. I have trouble to breathe again and my headache is back. I feel needle prick like on my chest and sometimes my chest is warm. Now i confused if either bcs of my sinus, GERd or maybe angina? No chest xray taken yet. But im fraid to go to any hospitals currently bcs of the situation. Hope you can help. Thank you
