Shortness of breath and slight cough after drinking caffeine

Hi doctor. I am in my 20s. Each of time I had my coffee, I will experienced a slight shortness of breath and tightness in chest. Once in a while I will have cough but with no phlegm. May I know what is happening to me? Last time I do not have this problem . Unless I drank 2-3 cups coffee then I’ll have fast heart rate. However I have stopped coffee on January and February. Until recently I started back drinking coffee and this shortness of breath happened. Thank you…
