Shortness of breath, nausea, chest pain on lower left side when deep breathing

Hi,

I have been having chest pain on my lower left side of my chest on and off for a while but I have always brushed it off. It is a slight sharp pain, never too bad. It only occurs when I breath in deeply and comes and goes. But today, after experiencing that I felt that my breath was not enough and perhaps was experiencing shortness of breath. Maybe due to that, I then felt nauseous and dizzy which makes me worried. It’s also worth noting that it is sometimes triggered when I smoke. I am a 21 year old male.
