Tiny holes under the surface of my skin on my left thumb
I’m a 17 year old girl. I have tiny holes under the surface of my skin on my left thumb. It seems as if the holes are hollow. I don’t want to seem paranoid but it reminds me of a small parasite eating the flesh from the inside. I have been feeling itchiness on that exact area since yesterday and I just noticed the holes an hour ago.
